KindAisle is operated by Azadi Brands LLC. This policy explains what the app collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
The short version. We collect an email address so you can have an account, a username that is shown publicly on everything you post, the content you choose to publish, and basic usage signals that order your feed. We don't sell any of it, we don't run ads, and you can delete your account from inside the app.
| What | Why | Who can see it |
|---|---|---|
| Email address | Sign-in, email confirmation, password reset | Only us |
| Username (handle) | Attribution — every rating and flag is signed | Public, permanent |
| Display name | Optional, shown beside your username | Public |
| Posts, ratings, comments, sources you link | The content of the app | Public |
| Reports you file | Moderation | Moderators only |
| Saved products, collections, likes, accounts you block | Your own use of the app | Only you |
| How long a listing stays on your screen; taps through to a shop | Ordering your feed | Only us, in aggregate |
| Verification codes sent to a brand's own domain | Proving you may speak for a brand | Only us |
We do not collect your location, your contacts, your photos, or advertising identifiers. There is no third-party advertising or analytics SDK in the app.
Every rating and flag you make is attributed to your username, and usernames cannot be changed. This is what makes a flag your speech rather than an anonymous verdict issued by us — and it stops anyone building a record of accusations against real companies and then shedding it by renaming. Choose it accordingly.
us-east-1).We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone, and we do not share it for advertising.
KindAisle is free, and in future some brands may pay for sponsored placement. If and when that happens:
Because we do not share identifiers with anyone for advertising, the app does not track you across other companies' apps and websites.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete your account in the app. When you do:
That last point is deliberate and worth understanding before you sign up. If deleting an account erased everything it had ever said, anyone whose product had been flagged could remove that flag by deleting themselves — and threads other people replied to would fall apart. So the account goes and the public record stays, attributed to nobody.
KindAisle is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has created an account, write to us and we will remove it.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or erase your personal information. Deletion is built into the app; for anything else, email us and we will action it within 30 days.
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date at the top and tell you in the app before the change takes effect.
