KindAisle is operated by Azadi Brands LLC ("we"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't, please don't use it.
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission.
You need an email address and a username. Usernames are permanent and cannot be changed — everything you post is signed with yours, which is what makes it your speech rather than an anonymous verdict issued by us.
You're responsible for what happens under your account. Don't share your password, and tell us if you think someone else has it.
You keep ownership of everything you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, display and distribute it inside the app — which is simply what's needed to show your post to other people.
Claims about companies are yours, not ours. When you flag a brand, you are stating your own view and your own evidence. KindAisle displays and attributes it. We do not adopt it, verify it, or issue it as our finding, and we publish no platform-issued grade of any company.
Don't post:
A negative alignment rating requires a source. The app will not accept one without a working link, and a link that doesn't support the claim may be removed.
Don't manipulate ratings — no multiple accounts, no coordinated voting, no automated activity.
Any brand may claim its listing by proving it controls the associated domain. Once verified, it can edit its listing and reply publicly beneath claims made about it. Claiming a listing does not entitle a brand to remove other people's ratings.
If you believe something about your company is false, use the reply — and report it. We would rather resolve a dispute in the open than delete one side of it.
Anything in the app can be reported, and any account can be blocked. We review reports and may hide content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Content flagged for hate speech, harassment or illegal material is treated as urgent.
Hidden is not deleted. Wrongly hidden content can be restored. A listing that people have already rated cannot be quietly withdrawn by whoever posted it — otherwise a flag could be erased by the person it concerns.
You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Your account, private data and sign-in are destroyed; your public posts and ratings remain, permanently detached from your name. The Privacy Policy explains why.
We may suspend or end an account that repeatedly breaks these rules.
KindAisle is provided "as is". Ratings and claims in the app are made by its users. We don't guarantee that any of them are accurate, current or complete, and you should not treat the app as a substitute for your own judgement about what to buy.
Prices, availability and links to shops come from third parties and change without notice. We aren't a party to anything you buy elsewhere.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Azadi Brands LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the previous twelve months — which, since the app is free, will usually be nothing.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these terms. If a change is material we'll update the date above and notify you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use KindAisle after that means you accept the change.
